We are seeking a Machine Operator - Extrusion to join our production team. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to produce high-quality plastic products in a safety-focused manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production requirements Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs Adjust machine settings such as temperature, speed, and pressure to maintain product quality Inspect finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine repairs Complete production and quality documentation Assist with changeovers and material handling as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with extrusion equipment or similar industrial machinery Ability to read basic blueprints and production specifications Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production setting Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
