About the Role We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented team members to join Lincotek in Hickory, NC. We have immediate openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts covering entry-level detail work, lab analysis, and skilled machine operating. Shift Schedules & Differential Pay 1st

•$18.00/hr HVOF (1st & 3rd Shifts): Requires heavy lifting and general warehouse experience. Machining (1st Shift): Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel. Hole Opening (3rd Shift): Fine-detail work using a Dremel tool. Precision and good hand dexterity required. Machine Operators (2nd & 3rd Shifts) |

•$22.00/hr Machining (2nd & 3rd Shifts): Previous machine operator experience, computer/Excel proficiency, heavy lifting, and high attention to detail required. APS (3rd Shift): Previous machine operating experience required. Lab Analyst (2nd Shift) |
