Hire Core Responsibilities Machine Setup & Calibration:

Adjust machine settings, clamps, speed, and glue application systems to match product specifications (e.g., width, thickness, and length of wood or decorative trim).

Material Preparation & Loading:

Feed decorative wood pieces, moldings, veneers, or panels into feeding mechanisms or clamp stations on the reel.

Adhesive Application:

Monitor automated glue sprayers, rollers, or reservoirs to ensure proper glue coverage without excess squeeze-out.

Clamping & Rotation:

Load glued assemblies into the clamping sections of the glue reel, apply appropriate pressure, and rotate the reel to make room for the next assembly.

Quality Control & Unloading:

Unclamp and unload cured panels or ornamental pieces, inspecting them for gaps, poor adhesion, or misalignments.

Equipment Maintenance:

Clean glue applicator nozzles, rollers, and clamp arms; perform routine lubrication and minor troubleshooting. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Basic understanding of machine controls, pneumatic clamps, and adhesive delivery systems. Ability to measure dimensions accurately and check for consistent bond lines.
