Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced, growing team in the packaging industry. This position may have the option for overtime, as well as occasional weekend work. This position is focused on operating a stand-up pouch machine, ensuring high quality output and consistent production.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor high end insutrial machinery efficiently to meet production and quality standards. Set up machines according to job specifications and ensure proper running speeds. Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production reports. Perform machine changeovers, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting minor issues. Monitor materials for defects and report any concerns to the supervisor. Follow all safety, quality, and food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment. Train new team members as needed.

Requirements:

Experience operating high end industrial machinery Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and perform repetitive motions. Basic math, computer, and hand tool skills. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and humidity. Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
