We manufacture high-quality gaskets, seals, and thermal and acoustic control products for the appliance, HVAC, transportation, and other industries.
Our facility uses a variety of equipment, including die-cutting belt presses, dieless cutters, slitters, laminators, and robotics. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery Complete required production documentation accurately Keep you work area clean, organized, and safe Work cooperatively with your team to meet daily production goals Follow all company policies and safety procedures Maintain dependable and punctual attendance What We're Looking For Previous machine-operating or manufacturing experience Experience working in a production or assembly-line environment Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good communication skills Self-motivated and willing to learn Commitment to safety and producing quality work Why Join RubberMill?
