We are seeking a Set-Up Technician Operator in Lincolnton, NC to support production operations by assisting with machine setups, troubleshooting equipment, performing inspections, moving materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This position works closely with the Lead Set-Up Technician to maintain safe and efficient production.

Pay Rate:

$22.00 per Hour 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:15 PM-3:15

AM Overtime Available:

Fridays as needed

Responsibilities:

Assist with machine and die setups. Troubleshoot production equipment and support repairs. Perform quality inspections and complete production paperwork. Move materials and finished products as needed. Read and follow work orders to meet customer specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Forklift experience/certification preferred. Manufacturing or machine setup experience preferred. Ability to read calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
