1st Shift, Full-Time About Key Gas Components Key Gas Components is a U.S.-owned manufacturer of gas fittings, valves, manifolds, tubing assemblies, and precision-machined components. We are looking for dependable individuals to join our production team as Assembly Operators. This position offers stable, full-time employment, a consistent first-shift schedule, benefits, and opportunities to learn new manufacturing skills. Responsibilities Assemble small mechanical components according to work instructions. Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met. Learn and perform increasingly complex assembly operations. Operate Cincinnati and Furness leak-testing equipment. Record labor and production information using a computer. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all quality and safety procedures. Work as part of a team to meet production goals. Qualifications Ability to follow written instructions and procedures. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required. High school diploma or GED preferred.
