Manufacturing Production Schedule Available:
Weekday Nights Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to support our manufacturing operation. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating extrusion equipment, monitoring product quality, making process adjustments, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up, start, and operate extrusion equipment according to production requirements Monitor material flow and make machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency Configure and adjust downstream equipment, including cooling systems and tanks Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and tape measurements Identify and address quality concerns throughout the production process Complete production and quality documentation accurately and timely Assist maintenance personnel with equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed Support the onboarding and training of new team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards Operate facility cleaning equipment as needed to maintain housekeeping standards What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or extrusion experience preferred Ability to read and use measuring devices and quality inspection tools Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work assigned schedule and overtime when needed Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee referral program Opportunities for growth and advancement
