A reputable manufacturing company is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join its production team. This position involves operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, maintaining production standards, and supporting overall plant operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but candidates with a strong work ethic and manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures Monitor equipment performance and product quality Load materials and remove finished products as needed Perform basic machine adjustments and report malfunctions Follow all safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production goals and quality standards Complete required production documentation Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which may include varying temperatures and noise levels Why Apply?
