Ronda, NC Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Weaver Machine Operator employee you will operate and monitor weaving equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor weaving looms and related equipment. Repair broken warp/filling yarns, as well as troubleshoot and correct loom issues. Inspect fabric and identify weaving defects. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Assist with style changes, tie-ins, and machine setups. Doff and handle cloth rolls safely and keep records of production. Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred W eaving experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to identify and correct fabric defects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
