Shift:

$17.50/hour Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM ? Bilingual candidates are welcome to apply. ⚠️ This is a heavy-lifting position requiring the ability to lift 80+ pounds. ? Steel-toe shoes are required. ?️ The facility is not climate-controlled. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate box wire re-coiler machines according to production, safety, and quality standards Set and adjust machine parameters, including wire length, coil weight, wire gauge, and feed speed Transfer completed wire coils from machine hubs to the packaging area Inspect finished coils and identify quality defects Package and box finished wire coils according to specifications Use pneumatic staplers to seal boxes for shipment Operate butt-welding and grinding equipment to maintain continuous wire feed Troubleshoot and clear wire tangles safely when necessary Monitor machine performance and respond to wire breaks, jams, and other production issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Ability to lift 80+ pounds regularly Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to safety and quality Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working around industrial machinery #LIND26
