Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cloth and Leather Cutter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for precisely cutting fabrics and leathers to meet design specifications, ensuring high-quality production standards. Responsibilities Accurately interpret patterns, sketches, and technical drawings to determine cutting layouts for fabrics and leather materials Draft cutting plans that optimize material usage while maintaining quality standards Measure, mark, and cut fabric or leather pieces according to specified dimensions and tolerances Inspect materials for defects before cutting to ensure only high-quality inputs are used in production Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure seamless garment construction processes Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all tools and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or tailoring environment Strong mechanical knowledge of cutting equipment and sewing machines Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, and specifications accurately Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and proper use of machinery Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in measurement and cutting processes Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us to craft exceptional products with skillful precision!
