Job Description

Olsten Staffing is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a client in Wagram, NC.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform complete roll changes, including webbing up the machine. Check and replenish lamination, tail tie, and pick-up glues. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Operate hand tools and pallet jacks. Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high standards for finished products. Manually load boxes into case packers when equipment is down. Maintain and clean equipment and work areas. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience:
Prior experience as a Machine Operator is required.
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Skills:
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Work Environment:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Experience:
At least 3-4 years in a manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Must be able to work a 12-hour rotational shift (2-2-3 schedule, alternating between 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM every four weeks).
