Whether you're looking to start a new career in apparel production or already have experience and want flexible evening or weekend hours, we have openings that run seven days a week. Schedule Flexibility Full-time and part-time positions available Day, evening, and weekend shifts Opportunities seven days a week to fit around school, another job, or family Pay Competitive starting rates based on experience Higher pay for operators who can run multiple machines or take on additional production responsibilities What You'll Do Set up and operate multi-head embroidery machines Load designs, select and change threads, hoop garments, and monitor production runs Inspect finished embroidery for quality, registration, and consistency Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your work area clean and organized Work from production tickets and communicate with the team when issues arise Help meet daily output goals while maintaining high quality standards Who We're Looking For No prior embroidery experience required — we will train motivated people who want a new career Experience running embroidery equipment is a plus and will be reflected in pay Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable standing for extended periods Able to lift up to 40-45 lbs and work in a production environment Basic computer comfort for pulling up designs and entering production data is helpful Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Work Environment Production floor setting with machine noise and varying temperatures. Physical role that involves standing, reaching, and light lifting. Shift options include evenings and weekends. This is a hands-on production role with real room to grow.
