Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, flexible, hard-working, detail-oriented Foil Stamping Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Under direction of a supervisor, you will be responsible for operating foil stamping machinery to produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Duties Set up and operate foil stamping machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for each job Monitor machine performance throughout the production process, making adjustments as needed for optimal quality Conduct quality control checks to verify color accuracy, foil adhesion, and overall finish quality Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Troubleshoot mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime Collaborate with prepress and graphic design teams to ensure designs are accurately translated onto substrates. Qualifications You don't need experience, but experience operating foil stamping or similar printing machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred. You need to be comfortable around machinery, know how to use basic tools, perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods, climb ladders and lift 40 lb. boxes. Additional tasks may include finishing, wrapping and packaging of finished products, unloading boxes from trucks, lifting boxes to/from shelves in warehouse, cleaning and organizing work area and shop as necessary. Commitment, patience, and the ability to work independently under the direction of a supervisor and in collaboration with staff and other team members is a must. The position requires a focus on quality and attention to detail. This is NOT an office job, you must be comfortable working with machines, technology and getting your hands dirty working in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
