Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and bring vibrant designs to life! In this energetic role, you will operate an advanced 6 head Tajima embroidery machine to create high-quality decorative and functional stitching on mainly hats. We are looking for someone with technical experience incase the machine messes up such as changing out blades,, fixing timing, switching out parts etc… The more experience the more pay. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure each product meets our rigorous standards. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop specialized skills in machine operation, fabric handling, and garment embellishment within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Set up and calibrate embroidery machine according to design specifications and production requirements Load hats and materials onto embroidery machines with precision, ensuring proper alignment and tension Monitor machine operation continuously, making adjustments to optimize stitch quality and prevent errors Inspect finished products for embroidery accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to quality standards in production Perform routine maintenance on embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity Handle materials carefully during loading, unloading, and storage to prevent damage or defects Follow safety standards in production by adhering to operational guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace Skills Proficiency with measuring instruments for fabric alignment and dimensional measurements Strong understanding of quality standards in production, especially related to embroidery and garment construction Knowledge of seam construction, sewing techniques, and garment sewing principles Experience operating industrial sewing machines, serging equipment, and manual cutting tools for fabric preparation Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments to promote a secure workplace Experience with warehouse operations related to materials storage and inventory management Competence in operating embroidery machines, sewing machines, and performing sewing tasks such as serging This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to craft detailed embroidery work while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
