• Position Overview
• Manufacturing Associates will assist with general production tasks, including grinding, sanding, and welding metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work with their hands.

Grinders & Sanders:

• + Entry-level candidates welcome (manufacturing experience preferred) +
• Welders:
• Starting at
• $20/hour

• Must have valid welding certification and pass required weld tests
• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate hand tools, grinders, and sanders to smooth and finish metal parts + Perform basic production and general labor duties as assigned + Read and use a
• tape measure accurately
• + Maintain safe and clean work areas + Follow work instructions, blueprints, or specifications as needed + Support production team in meeting daily output goals + For welders: perform quality welds based on company and industry standards
• Qualifications
• + Ability to read a tape measure (required for all positions) + Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred (not required for entry-level roles) + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Welders must have:
• + Valid welding certification (required) + Ability to pass pre-employment weld tests + Experience with MIG, TIG, or other welding processes preferred
