Build What Matters as an All Processes Operator Level 2 Step into a role where your craftsmanship and technical skill take center stage. As an All Processes Operator Level 2 , you'll assemble complex cable and wire harnesses across multiple product families, moving between production cells to support shifting priorities and urgent builds. You'll perform advanced routing, forming, termination, splicing, connector installation, and configuration‑controlled assembly-always guided by drawings, wiring diagrams, and controlled work instructions. With SI&A and QID delegations, you'll inspect your own work and the work of others, ensuring every assembly meets
AS9100, IPC/WHMA
‑A‑620, customer, and internal quality standards. This is hands‑on, detail‑driven production work where accuracy, consistency, and pride in workmanship define success. A Role for Skilled Builders Who Love Precision & Variety You'll collaborate closely with inspectors, engineers, and fellow operators to keep production flowing smoothly while maintaining documentation accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
