Build Precision Aerospace Cable Assemblies Join our team as a Coax Termination Operator and play a critical role in building high-quality coaxial cable assemblies used in aerospace applications. In this hands-on manufacturing position, you will prepare, terminate, route, form, and assemble coaxial harnesses while following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. You'll work with precision tools to install connectors, shields, backshells, heat shrink, and protective materials, ensuring every assembly meets strict electrical, mechanical, and workmanship requirements. Whether you're new to the industry or have previous cable assembly experience, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop specialized aerospace manufacturing skills.
