Job Description

PRx Performance is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of a broad range of fitness equipment with a strong reputation of quality and customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and process driven Assembly Associate to help with accuracy and organization in our order assembly and packaging processes. PRx is based in Fargo, North Dakota. This is a day shift position working Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will be trained across our Assembly & Packaging Departments, performing a variety of duties including: building component kits, light assembly of products, and packing products in boxes all while maintaining accurate and timely work order fulfillment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Main duties include light assembly, packaging, and completing tasks assigned by Assembly Lead and Manufacturing Manager High attention to detail while packing and labeling boxes Unload product to workstations for packaging or palletizing Ability to learn quickly with on-the-job training Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service without sacrificing quality of finished product Self-starter who is not only conscientious about getting their work done, but also aware of other tasks that may need attention Enjoys being a team player Other duties as assigned
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent High level of organization and attention to detail Dependable and able to see tasks through to completion Forklift certified or willing to earn certification Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs Knowledge of fitness industry a plus PRx Performance, LLC partnered with PRO Resources are Equal Opportunity Employers.
