Welder Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (Fridays required during busy season)

$20 per hour + (DOE)

Job Summary:

Kelly is seeking a skilled Machine Operator-Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, fabrication, assembly, and welding of structural metal products using a variety of machines and tools.

Essential Job Functions:

Efficiently set up and operate Stamtec Press, Press Brake, and/or Floor Machine for routine established work Load, install, and correctly set up tools as required, including computer set-up Verify work pieces conform to specifications using precision measurement tools Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to handle materials and completed work Operate hand power tools and other equipment to complete projects Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and schematics to determine welding processes Operate manual and automated welding units and equipment Assist team members as needed and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of machine operation and welding experience required Competent with basic dimensional measuring and math; able to learn precision tools quickly Computer knowledge is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Demands:

Continuous walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, reaching, and handling Ability to lift at least 75 pounds Working near moving mechanical parts, noise, and exposure to outdoor elements Why Kelly?
