In this energetic role, you will operate and oversee embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom garments and accessories. Your attention to detail, technical skill, and passion for manufacturing will help us deliver exceptional products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, creativity, and teamwork drive success. Duties Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production requirements Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring consistent quality throughout production runs Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime Verify design placement, thread colors, and fabric alignment for accuracy before starting each project Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process Inspect finished products for quality standards, making adjustments or reworking items as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is required Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques enhances your ability to produce top-tier products Strong understanding of sewing machine operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance is essential Experience with manufacturing processes and warehouse operations helps streamline workflow Ability to read and interpret design files, patterns, or technical instructions accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision in work execution Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Join us in creating vibrant, high-quality embroidered products that delight our customers!
