We're looking for dependable people to help us keep up with all the paper we have to make! No papermaking experience is required—we will provide the training you need. This is a straightforward, hands-on production job with consistent responsibilities and clear expectations. What Makes This Job Different? Very flexible scheduling:

We work with employees to arrange their hours within our weekday operating schedule.

This is a highly repetitive and physically demanding production job. You will spend most of the day standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working with your hands. You will also work around water and in both wet and dry environments. What Will You Do? Make beautiful handcrafted paper, of course! As a Paper Maker, you will participate in the hands-on production process used to create our unique paper products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing repetitive papermaking and production tasks Operating papermaking equipment after completing training Following established production and safety procedures Checking paper products for quality and consistency Packing and preparing finished paper products Standing and walking for most of the workday Bending, climbing, lifting, and moving materials as needed Working with your hands in wet, damp, and dry environments Maintaining a steady and productive work pace Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized Working independently while supporting the production team What We're Looking For Attendance and dependability A strong work ethic and willingness to stay productive Comfortable performing repetitive, physically demanding work Able to maintain a steady pace throughout the workday Coachable and open to constructive feedback Willing to follow established processes and instructions Focused on quality, consistency, and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision Able to work cooperatively as part of a team Comfortable working around water and getting wet Reliable transportation to our Lincoln location Pay and Benefits Starting pay of $15.50 per hour Annual raises and bonuses 401(k) with up to a 5% company match after your first year Paid time off beginning on your two-year anniversary Flexible weekday schedule No weekends Curious about what we do?
