Full-time, temp-to-hire Job Summary We're hiring a Machine Operator to support production of gel packs . This role is responsible for safely operating and monitoring equipment, performing changeovers (including changing rolls ), and maintaining consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery used to manufacture gel packs Change rolls/materials and assist with machine changeovers and adjustments Monitor machine performance and product output; make basic operator-level adjustments as needed Inspect finished product for quality and report defects or mechanical issues Complete basic documentation (production counts, downtime, quality checks) Keep work area clean and follow all safety, GMP, and plant procedures Work closely with team leads and maintenance when issues occur Qualifications / Requirements Prior machine operator experience preferred (manufacturing/production environment) Familiarity with changing rolls , loading materials, and keeping machines running efficiently Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues Able to stand for shift length and lift up to ~50 lbs (as needed) Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift consistently
