• , you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• 19.44/hour (18.00 + 8% shift differential) +
• 3rd

Shift:

• 20.16/hour (18.00 + 12% shift differential)
• What's the Job?
• + Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.

+ Load, unload, sort, stage, and move materials throughout the production process.

+ Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, defects, and specification compliance.

+ Monitor machine performance and report equipment or process concerns to leadership.

+ Maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily production goals.

• What's Needed?
• + High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.

+ Ability to use basic computer systems to track production and quality information.

+ Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.

+ Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
