Schedule:
7:00 am - 7:00 pm 3 12 hour day shifts (M,T,W or TH,F,S), rotating 4 week schedulePAY:
Training rate starts at $21.47 and increases to a maximum of $30.72 upon completion of training.- Training may be on 1st shift
- SUMMARY The world's leading producer of fine and ultrafine enameled copper wire has an opportunity for a full-time Specialty, Metals Drawer Machine Operator to join our Multiwire team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Operate high speed, automated, computer-processed controlled machines to make ultrafine wire products used in auto, appliance, small motor, and medical technologies. Monitor independent emulsion tanks, assist with setups, testing of final product. Maintaining dies (cleaning, swapping out sets), test data entry. Operators accurately label and identify products, have excellent attention to detail, an organized approach, and mathematical ability and enjoy a fast work pace.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Fine motor skills.
- Familiarity with metric and American measurements (AWG) preferred but not required.
- Preferred candidates will be self-motivated and able to perform quality work independently.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- This job requires 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. frequently.
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check.
