• Operate high-speed mail inserting machines to assemble and process mail materials.
• Load paper and other materials into machines throughout the shift.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation and minimize jams or equipment issues.
• Set up and adjust equipment to accommodate various mail pieces and production requirements.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of inserted materials and completed mailings.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate more complex mechanical problems as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks to help ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Stand and work on the production floor for extended periods, including up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Participate in a structured training program and continuously learn machine operations and production processes.
• A comprehensive 4-week training program will be provided
• One-hour in-person panel interview.
• Production floor tour included as part of the interview experience. Candidates for Machine Operator Mail Sorter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no college degree required.
• Prior experience operating machinery, high-speed inserters, or working in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn machine operations through a structured training program.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Dependable with a consistent attendance record and strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and follow job orders, production schedules, and operational instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Pay Details:
