Dover, New Hampshire CoWorx is seeking a motivated and versatile Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Dover, NH. In this role, you will perform a variety of production tasks including bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality products while meeting production goals.Responsibilities:
Perform bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspection of products in accordance with established procedures Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency and product quality Monitor machines to ensure they run smoothly, at capacity, and produce high-quality output Adjust machine settings as needed to meet specifications and production timelines Inspect products throughout the process to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify and communicate any quality or production issues and escalate as needed Maintain accurate production and time documentation Package and label finished products properly Ensure material and product traceability throughout the production process Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshootingDesired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas Willingness to work overtime as needed Reliable attendance is essentialOther Information:
