Direct Hire Pay Rate:

$23-25 or above based on experience Shift differentials (10% for 2nd shift, 15% for 3rd Shift) 1st

Shift:

7am-3pm (Monday-Friday 2nd

Shift:

3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday) or 3pm-1am (Mon-Thurs) 3rd

Shift:

11pm-7am (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate fabrication machinery, including saws, presses, benders, and CNC equipment. Load and unload materials and parts onto machines. Monitor machine operation and promptly report any issues to the supervisor. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. Document production data and report discrepancies to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication preferred. Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
