What You'll Do Load/unload parts, stack components, and prepare materials for processing Perform cleaning, etching, desmutting, pickling, bright‑dipping, dyeing, degreasing, heat treating, plating, coating, wet processing, and drying operations Use electric hoists and manual lifting to move materials safely Follow prescribed procedures for all finishing processes Fill baskets/racks/barrels and lower materials into tanks; remove parts after processing Maintain tank cleanliness and work area organization Monitor solution temperatures and maintain daily production logs Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Assist with utility work, material handling, chemical handling, solution maintenance, and record keeping Troubleshoot simple to moderate issues as needed Ensure all products meet quality expectations What Helps You Thrive Strong attention to detail Comfort working in a physical, hands‑on environment Ability to follow multi‑step processes Basic chemistry knowledge Reliability and consistent attendancePay:
