Manufacturing Assembly Operator CoWorx Staffing - 3.4 Manchester, NH Job Details $20 - $24 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Full Job Description CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing Assembly Operator candidates in the Manchester, NH area. Manufacturing Assembly Operators are responsible for performing manufacturing and assembly-related tasks while following work instructions, technical drawings, quality procedures, and safety requirements. Successful candidates will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting production and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
[li[]Follow work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform assigned tasks accurately nd efficiently. Perform manufacturing, assembly, and production-related tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation with training and guidance as needed. Maintain quality standards and complete required production documentation accurately and timely. Utilize basic computer systems to access work instructions and record completed work activities. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals and operational success. Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on manufacturing and assembly work. High-energy, results-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations. Two to five years of manufacturing experience preferred. Experience working from work orders, SOPs, and quality standards preferred. Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred. Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures preferred. Familiarity with
J-STD-001, JESD 625
(JEDEC), AS9100, or ISO quality standards is a plus, but not required.
