7am-4pm (Monday-Friday)

As an Assembly Operator, you'll be responsible for assembling medical devices and components in a clean room setting. You'll follow detailed Assembly Procedures (AP's) and work closely with the Production Assistants and Team Leads to ensure quality and efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include a variety of assembly activities, all designed to keep production running smoothly and safely. What You'll Do as an
Assembly Operator:
Follow established procedures and assembly instructions to assemble medical products Conduct in-process inspections visually and with microscopes, along with final inspections to ensure product quality Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Record and complete required documentation accurately Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve any quality or process issues Assist with packaging and labeling final products, preparing them for shipment What You'll Bring the ideal candidate for this role will have: Great hand-eye coordination Ability to accurately count and measure using a ruler Fluency in reading, writing, and understanding English Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the team Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably Why Join Us in Rochester?
