Job Description
Description:
About theRole:
We're on the hunt for a creative, driven, hands-on leader to supercharge our event-based lead generation program. If you love being out in the field, motivating a team, and turning marketing strategy into real-time results, this is your opportunity to make a huge impact. We're working with Viral Sweeps and other tech-forward platforms to transform our event presence — now we need a powerhouse leader to bring that vision to life. This is a management role — you'll build and run the team that works the events, not work every one yourself. But you're not managing from a desk either. You'll be out at events and partner locations running audits, having the conversations that keep relationships strong, and yes, occasionally working a table yourself when that's what the day calls for. This isn't a role you can phone in. Our events happen on weekends and in the evenings, in a different market week to week, and the team takes its cue from whoever is leading it. We're looking for someone who shows up for that consistently — someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and who makes it happen, whatever "it" turns out to be that week.Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Motivate Hire, train, and inspire a high-performance team of brand ambassadors and event reps Set the tone for energy, professionalism, and results at every event Set performance metrics, quotas, and accountability standards — and hold the team to them Conduct field audits, performance reviews, and development check-ins Schedule staff across events and coordinate multi-location coverage Administer promoter payroll and expense processing Plan & Execute Own the success of lead generation at concerts, sporting events, festivals, fairs, and trade shows Direct event setup, branding, and customer interaction strategy — ensuring the field rep and team execute to standard Build out new high-traffic event opportunities and venue partnerships across regional markets Ensure all collateral, signage, and messaging is on-brand and ready to impress Manage event budgets and keep the program profitable Grow & Optimize Collaborate with marketing to boost sweepstakes and lead generation funnels Leverage new tools and tactics to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and tracked ROI Run contest and giveaway programs that generate qualified leads and stay compliant Continuously testPerks & Potential:
Competitive base salary plus an uncapped per-lead bonus — the more qualified leads your team delivers, the more you earn All travel expenses covered Health, life, and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and holiday pay Resort amenities including fitness center, golf course, pools, and more Creative freedom to help reshape the future of our offsite promotions Big growth opportunity — build your team, scale your reach, and move up fast Ready to take on real responsibility and drive meaningful growth? Send us your track record of building successful teams and delivering measurable results.Requirements:
What We're Looking For 3+ years managing teams in promotional sales, experiential marketing, or offsite events Track record of hitting and exceeding lead and revenue targets Experience with budget management and staff scheduling Proven ability to lead by example and roll up your sleeves — you'll travel to events and partner sites to audit, coach, and step in at the table when needed Genuinely committed to the schedule this role requires — evenings, weekends, and steady regional travel are the job, not an exception to it A make-it-happen mentality: you find a way when the plan falls apart at 6pm on a Saturday Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and performance analytics Strong organizational skills — comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces High energy, adaptable, solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
