1st Shift Thermoforming Machine Operator
DIRECT HIRE POSITION!

M-F 7AM - 3
30PM $20.00 - $24.00/hr. depending on experience
OVERVIEW
As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating production and packaging equipment in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner — ensuring every product we ship meets our customers' and patients' expectations.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and operate automated and semi-automated production and packaging equipment, including start/stop, run, and basic troubleshooting Perform material roll changes (film and sealing paper) to keep production lines running smoothly Monitor in-process material status and ensure the packing crew has adequate materials for ongoing production needs Assemble and kit light medical parts and components per documented procedures and work instructions Package work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods per packaging instructions Perform and document in-process and final inspection of assembled components Notify Production Cell Team Leader or Group Leader when components fail to meet specification or when issues arise Accurately complete all designated paperwork, forms, and device history records Ensure all materials, including in-process rejections, are properly accounted for daily Complete documentation in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and the Quality Management System Comply with all sanitation and hygiene policies and procedures associated with the safe handling and assembly of medical devices Ensure compliance with written procedures and ISO requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment Perform other support duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Basic equipment operation, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions and procedures, including gauges and measuring devices Ability to retain working knowledge of the product line through written documentation and work instructions Excellent hand dexterity and small motor skills; comfortable using small tools and assembly equipment Strong eye-hand coordination and clarity of vision at 20 inches or more Consistent high degree of attention to detail and demonstrated concern for accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function successfully in a team environment Ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities and instructions Patience to perform long periods of repetitive, precision-driven tasks Must be physically able to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
