Job Description

This role supports the manufacturing of medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment. The Manufacturing Technician follows strict cGMP standards and detailed batch records to extract, process, and package collagen-based products while maintaining a high level of cleanliness, safety, and quality control. Follow batch records, work instructions, and SOPs to complete manufacturing tasks. Process collagen materials, including batching, blending, cutting, molding, and measuring. Operate, set up, clean, and maintain production equipment. Package, label, inspect, and document finished products. Sanitize cleanrooms and production areas according to company procedures. Maintain accurate production records and follow quality requirements. Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed. Follow all cleanroom, safety, and cGMP guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or cleanroom experience. Ability to read and follow written procedures and batch records. Experience with packaging, production, inspection, or assembly processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following gowning procedures. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Medical device manufacturing experience. Familiarity with cGMP documentation and regulated manufacturing environments. Experience operating and maintaining production equipment. Compounding experience is a plus.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have at least 2 years of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or compounding experience? Please note this is a requirement for the position.
