PM Pay Rate:
$21/hr (Based on experience)
Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire We are seeking an experienced Saw Operator / Cut Shop Associate to join our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating saw equipment and the ability to accurately measure, cut, and prepare wood materials according to specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate upcut saws and table saws to cut materials accurately according to job specifications Measure materials using tape measures and other measuring tools Inspect finished cuts to ensure accuracy and quality requirements are met Follow all safety procedures while operating machinery Maintain a clean and organized work area Support daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating upcut saws and/or table saws required Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to safely operate production equipment Manufacturing, woodworking, or similar production experience preferred Reliable and safety-focused team player
