Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Large Format Finisher/Laminator to join our vibrant production team. Hours for this role would be from 9am to 5:30pm with plenty of overtime when needed. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming high-quality printed materials into finished products that meet precise specifications. Your expertise in machine operation, color management, and graphic design will ensure that each project is completed with excellence, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities Operate large-format laminators, and finishing equipment with precision and safety. Interpret production documents and specifications to ensure accurate finishing processes. Manage color calibration and color management techniques to maintain consistent print quality across projects. Perform cutting, trimming, and mounting tasks to produce polished final products. Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on machinery to ensure smooth operation. Collaborate with graphic designers and prepress teams to review layouts, typography, and layout design for print readiness. Ensure all finished products meet quality standards for print advertising, signage, or display materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience operating large-format printers, laminators, and industrial finishing equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge of printing machinery and ability to perform basic machine adjustments. Knowledge of color management techniques essential for high-quality print production. Ability to interpret manufacturing or production documents accurately and efficiently.
