Schedule Training Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM After training: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM 10-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend Pay $20.00/hour upon transition to 2nd shift Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic Must have compounding experience in a manufacturing facility Responsibilities Accurately weigh, measure, and combine raw materials according to batch formulas and production specifications. Operate mixing, blending, and compounding equipment used in cosmetic manufacturing. Monitor batch processes to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate batch records. Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and report any issues to supervisors.
