Pharmaceutical Package Operator Aerotek is seeking Pharmaceutical Package Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, overtime, and excellent benefits. Pay & Schedule 3rd

11:00 PM - 7:30

AM, Monday-Friday Pay Rate:

$22.00/hour Weekend overtime required Guaranteed overtime opportunities Weekly pay Benefits Benefits available within the first 30 days Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Overtime and double-time opportunities Long-term career growth Clean, temperature-controlled work environment Job Responsibilities Inspect, label, and package finished pharmaceutical products Operate automated production and packaging equipment Prepare products for shipping and distribution Complete production records and batch documentation accurately Perform quality checks to ensure product compliance Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Wear required PPE, including scrubs, gloves, and hairnets Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Minimum 1 year of production, packaging, or manufacturing experience High School Diploma or GED required Ability to follow detailed work instructions Experience completing production documentation accurately Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Preferred Skills Pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing experience Experience operating packaging or production machinery Knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing processes Experience with batch records and production documentation Strong teamwork and communication skills Work Environment Clean, temperature-controlled pharmaceutical facility PPE required at all times Fast-paced production environment Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance Apply today for an immediate interview and start your career in pharmaceutical manufacturing! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
