•7:30 AM Weekend overtime required as needed (1-2 Saturdays per month) Key Responsibilities Inspect medicine bottles to ensure proper fill levels and product quality. Package, label, and prepare pharmaceutical products for distribution. Operate packaging and production equipment according to SOPs. Perform visual inspections to identify defects and maintain quality standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Learn and operate multiple packaging lines and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work area. Support production goals while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferred. Ability to understand and follow SOPs and GMP regulations. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Packaging Operator, Filling Operator, or Production Operator. Knowledge of GMP and FDA-regulated environments. Machine operation experience. Cleanroom or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. Experience with quality inspections and production documentation. Work Environment Climate-controlled, clean, and sterile pharmaceutical facility. Required PPE includes lab coats, hair nets, shoe covers, and scrubs.
