In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced production machinery — including robotic and automated systems — while upholding strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards on the 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate lamination, pleating, RF sealing, ring panel machines, and the Helios robotic filter-making machine in accordance with SOPs and safety guidelines Perform machine setup, calibration, and adjustments including temperature, speed, pressure, pleat height, glue application, and material alignment Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot automated and robotic equipment, ensuring seamless integration with conventional operations Conduct diagnostic tests and real-time adjustments to maintain product consistency and efficiency Implement preventive maintenance strategies and perform daily machine inspections to minimize downtime Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely material supply and perform quality inspections of incoming raw materials Accurately log production data, track maintenance tasks, and manage material consumption using NetSuite, CMMS, and other digital platforms Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and regulatory standards, including UL compliance Apply 6S methodologies to maintain workplace organization and safety Participate in cross-training programs across multiple machine types within the first six months Support onboarding and mentorship of new operators Engage in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives Attend Daily Standup Meetings (DSUM) to communicate workflow updates and production challenges

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment preferred Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational inefficiencies Familiarity with enterprise software systems such as NetSuite or CMMS platforms is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, industrial materials, and varying temperatures Compliance with all required PPE (eye protection, gloves, respiratory safeguards) Willingness to cross-train on multiple machine types and assist across plant operations as needed Flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime and shift adjustments
