Job Description

Blender Operator Hours:
Full-Time; Monday through
Friday:
Morning Shift - 6am-4:30pm Plus overtime potential Saturday 6am-12pm

Fairfield NJ Compensation :

What You'll Do (Job Duties): As a Blender Operator, accuracy and adherence to safety protocols are critical.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Material Prep:
Scoop and weigh raw materials precisely as outlined in the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) and Batch Production Record (BPR).
Equipment Operation:
Load products from drums or cartons into mixing/blending equipment and operate the machinery with limited supervision.
Quality & Compliance:
Follow department-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) guided by cGMP standards. Coordinate with Quality Control for batch record sign-offs.
Safety & Communication:
Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and immediately notify the QA Manager of any procedural deviations or issues.
Packaging & Sanitation:
Appropriately label finished products for packing. Clean and sanitize all tabletop surface areas and base cabinet walls to maintain a pristine environment. What You Bring (Requirements):
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP and the ability to strictly follow SOPs. A background in pharmaceuticals, supplements, or nutraceuticals is a strong plus!
Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak basic English. Strong basic math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide 4-digit numbers).
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands/arms extended. Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 55 lbs, and occasionally move up to 250 lbs with assistance.
Mindset:
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
