Position Summary Assist the Supervisor in maintaining quality standards and efficient production on daily operations. Key Responsibilities Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensuring Products are packed correctly and are made for distribution. Work closely with team leaders to ensure that the package products are high-quality. Make sure all paperwork is done correctly. Ensure the packaging line process runs smoothly (ex. forming cartons, palletizing, and labeling). Complete all necessary paperwork and understand the lot numbering process. Helping other members on the production line by keeping work area as clean and organized as possible as well as maintaining safety. Show a desire and willingness to learn and succeed. Help with closing of batch records and production reports. Demonstrate commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, is reliable and follows through on responsibilities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2 years combined experience in Packaging Line as Line Lead, Batch record Coordinator or Material Handler Highschool diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills, keen observation ability Leadership skills. Ability to move quickly and efficiently. Speak, read and write English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. Why Join NutraStar?
