Job Description

Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM Responsibilities Operate filling machines, including liquid filling, crimping, and sealing equipment. Set up equipment for production runs, including line clearance and changeovers. Monitor fill volumes, dosing accuracy, and product consistency during operation. Perform in-process checks (e.g., fill weight, leak testing, spray functionality, closure integrity). Inspect components such as bottles, pumps, actuators, and caps for defects. Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and documentation in compliance with GMP/SOPs. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to cleanroom procedures. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major issues to maintenance. Follow aseptic or controlled environment procedures where applicable. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards (FDA, cGMP). Work closely with Quality Assurance, Supervisors, and Engineering team
Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPS Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow strict procedures and documentation requirements Good teamwork and communication skills.
