Full-Time Testrite Visual Products is a US Digital Printer & Manufacturer seeking a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our large-format print department. This is a hands-on role that combines computer work, physical production, and transportation/logistics. The employee will assist with printing, file preparation, finishing, quality control, material handling, and ensuring the right graphics get shipped to the right customer. Responsibilities Operate large-format printers and finishing equipment after on the job training. Review job instructions and confirm the correct file, size, material, and quantity. Perform basic computer and file-preparation tasks. Inspect printed graphics for quality, color, size, and damage. Trim, roll, package, label, and organize completed graphics. Move rolls, boxes, and bags of graphics between departments and buildings. Keep the print room and work areas clean and organized. Report errors, shortages, or unclear instructions immediately. Update job status in the company's production system. Problem solve the issues that come up every day. Qualifications Fluent English required; some Spanish is a must. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Strong attention to detail and organization. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Able to follow written instructions and work independently after training. Willing to perform repetitive tasks carefully. Able to stand for extended periods and lift and to lift and carry 50 lbs safely to and from a car/truck. Valid NJ drivers license. Previous printing, graphics, sign production, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. The right candidate will be careful, dependable, organized, and willing to take responsibility for the accuracy of their work.
