Machine Operator (Punch Press Dept.)

FUNCTION

: This position will be trained to operate a variety of presses including clicker press, brake press, punch press, roll form, and corner round. May be assigned other tasks as deemed necessary by management.

HOURS :

Full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Occasional overtime.

: Almetek Industries, Inc. at 2 Joy Dr. Hackettstown

NJ 07840 COMPENSATION

: Hourly, non-exempt. Starting rate of $17-19/hour.

REQUIREMENTS

:

• Must be mechanically inclined

• Ability to read and measure with a ruler
• Ability to follow all OSHA regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Inspects first work pieces for conformance to specifications and quality
• Experience in the metal fabrication industry preferred but not required
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
