Key Qualifications:

Active Social Worker credentials appropriate for school settings Previous experience in a middle school environment required (new graduates will not be considered) Demonstrated middle school case management expertise, with ability to manage a caseload efficiently Familiarity with the "Real Time Database" system, commonly used in New Jersey schools, is strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a multidisciplinary team setting Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity for discretion, confidentiality, and empathy

Primary Responsibilities:
