Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operate Machinery:

Set up, operate, and monitor machines to produce products according to specifications.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor troubleshooting.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Documentation:

Accurately record production data, including materials used, products produced, and any issues encountered.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any production challenges. Qualifications

Experience:

Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine operations and troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
