Duties Operate liquid filling machines and associated equipment to accurately fill containers with paint or related materials. Follow detailed batch records and production documentation to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations. Conduct quality control checks throughout the filling process, inspecting for proper fill levels, labeling accuracy, and defect detection. Handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely within cleanroom or manufacturing areas. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas according to established protocols. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), safe handling of hazardous materials, and compliance with all safety regulations. Assist in packaging finished products securely for shipment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Interpret production documents such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), batch records, and work instructions accurately. Support warehouse activities related to inventory management, material handling, and storage of raw materials and finished goods. Skills Proven experience operating industrial machinery, including liquid fillers or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues efficiently. Ability to interpret complex production documents such as batch records, SOPs, and work instructions clearly. Experience with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other materials handling equipment safely. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks during production processes. Knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to cleanroom environments or pharmaceutical plants. Mechanical aptitude with machining or industrial equipment troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
