Job Summary:

Mixing raw materials (teas, herbs, flavors) to create production blends and assist with inventory management of produced blends and raw materials.

Responsibilities:

Note:

This position will be in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Individuals may be exposed to strong odors(herbs). Mixing raw materials for blending Operation of blending machines Operation of herbal sanitizer and monitoring of critical control point Ensuring lot integrity Placements of raw material in inventory Will operate the forklift Assist with regular cycle counts and year-end physical count Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Keep up to date records | Completion of forms as required Adhere to established standards for blending and sanitization Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions

Skills & Qualification:

Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Previous experience with blending/batching Previous experience with pallet jacks on a frequent basis 1+ year of experience with forklift and using an RF scanner Must be able to lift 40lbs + Basic computer skills Strong English literacy, verbal and written communication skills
